annoying movies

on my last post i realized that i accidentally deleted a whole paragraph.hence big space in the middle. but i cbb to write it agn. so i wont.

hm so seeing as im bored i decided to watch some drama, but the english ones r all updating or not intriguing enough for me to be glued to the screen. which got me thinking about what izzy sed this afternoon. sorry but ima steal ur blog idea lol

u no the movie ad that keeps coming up for a movie called 'date night'? ye well every time i see it it makes me annoyed that directors these days cant think of better plots or characters, or more interesting, non-cliche movies to make. date night is such a stereotype comedy about the average person being thrown into a 'world of spies and drama' and not having any idea what to do. they are dorky and unco at first but end up saving the world or sumthin else irrelevant and over-rated. of course there is romance and at the end they always get the girl/guy and in this case i can predict the couple will revive their romance and married life a little beta and fall in love all over agn. or something.

sorry if its just me but those movies with kind-of-mediocre-seen-it-before-funny-jokes are getting tedious and repetitive and in the end a waste of my money. wheres all the originality and life in movies these days? this obviously doesnt go for all movies but this category just annoys me the most. others that you have probably well forgotten after a month of its release might include:

-the toothfairy (its exactly what u think it will be. dont watch it)
-gi joe
-knowing (woooooah intensely random and total let down)
-new in town
-new moon
-g force

especially when the cast is really great, and they end up making a horrible movie, do i think that maybe actors need to read the story in more detail before they do it. otherwise it just looks bad for their reputation and worse for the person watching it. its getting harder to find a good movie as all the others try to aim more for commercialism and reputation, and what appeals to the wider public. such as romantic comedy, horror and action. but if they all turn out the same i swear in like 50 years there will only be one genre of movie and it will have all those things shoved into one >=[

quote of the day:
'i was looking up at the sky, giving each of them a reason why i love you. i was doing great, until i ran out of stars.'
